It is a ministry designed to teach church teachers and leaders the importance of nurturing Christians for the gospel's sake.  Our motto is "To train, encourage, motivate, and uphold church teachers and leaders as they teach to reach souls for Christ."  This ministry was given by God to Estralita Hall during the year 1980. 

Estralita has worked in the church as a departmental Sunday School Superintendent, a Sunday School teacher, and Sunday School Administrator for 27 years.  She has dedicated her life to teaching and training others to teach the Bible in order to nurture and encourage Christians to live for Christ's sake.  She believes that church teachers should take their job as seriously as public school teachers and administrators do.  Although working in the church has no monetary benefits, it is her desire to have teachers and leaders to focus on the spiritual benefits and the mere joy of working with people and sharing the gospel with others.  Watching a young child learn his or her first Bible Verse, a teenager proclaiming salvation, and an adult developing a spirit filled life working for Christ's sake; there is no benefit that can compare to such.
